Martin allies Buzz Hargrove and PSAC (the largest public sector union) have both come out in the past two days endorsing the Bloc in Quebec.Martin will silently encourage this in order to reduce Conservative gains in Quebec even though he has publicly declared this a referendum election for the Bloc and the Tories are mainly beating up on the Bloc in francophone Quebec.
